What to include
- Account or password problem. Your username and the email address of the account. We never need your password, and you should never send it.
- A run that failed or looks wrong. The page you used, the time of the run, the name of the job and a screenshot of the message you saw.
- Molecular dynamics request. The protein or complex, the ligand as SMILES, the simulation length you want and the analysis you need. See molecular dynamics.
- DFT request. The molecules as SMILES or structure files, the properties you want and the solvent. See DFT calculations.
- Larger docking runs or GPU access. How many ligands and receptors, and for what project.
- Delete my account and files. Write from your registered address. See the privacy policy.
- Security problem. Put Security in the subject line and describe what you found. Please do not publish it before we have had a chance to fix it.
