Styles and colours
- Protein as cartoon, ribbon, surface, sticks, lines or spheres, with adjustable opacity and colour schemes.
- Pocket residues as sticks, liquorice, ball and stick, wire, ribbon or spheres, with their own size.
- Ligands highlighted in their own style and colour.
- Presets for a binding site view, a clean figure and a surface view.
Interactions
- Hydrogen bonds, salt bridges and hydrophobic contacts, each with its own distance cut off.
- Distance labels with your choice of colour and size.
- A 2D interaction diagram of the ligand and the residues around it.
Labels
Label no residues, the pocket residues, every residue within a distance of the ligand, or the whole protein.
Add specific residues by name, for example TRP84_A.
Clean the structure
Delete waters, ions, all heteroatoms or chosen ligands, then download the edited PDB file.

- Quick snapshots straight from the 3D view.
- High quality ray traced images rendered with PyMOL, with a transparent or white background.
